Cleaning of Common Areas in Storage Rooms

NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS

HALLMARK ESTATES RE: CLEANING OF COMMON AREAS IN STORAGE ROOMS

Dear Residents:

Following the Spring clean-up, it was noted that there were still several items and personal effects that were left in the common areas of the storage and locker rooms.

Please be advised that the common areas in these storage/locker rooms are the responsibility of the corporation to maintain, and we wish to ensure they are kept in a clean and tidy condition.

Therefore, we are requesting that residents who have stored items and personal effects on the outside of the locker, to please either store these items inside of the locker or in your suite. If you have larger items that will not fit in your locker or in your suite, to please make arrangements to store these items elsewhere.

We are requesting that you remove your personal effects/items from the areas outside of your locker in the common area of the room by:

SUNDAY, JUNE 30TH, 2019

BY 5:00 P.M. Please be aware that following the above noted deadline, arrangements have been made that week to remove any and all remaining articles from the common area space in the room, and these items will be disposed of.
