RE: Parkade cleaning and repairs
The Underground Parkade is scheduled for cleaning on
June 21, 2022 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
All vehicles must be removed 1 hour prior to the cleaning and the resident can return their vehicles to their parking space once the gravel sweep has been completed.
If owners do not remove their vehicles from their parking space, the space will not be cleaned. Also, the Corporation, contractors and management will not be responsible for any damages to the vehicles that have not been removed on that day.
The Upper Parkade
The Upper Parkade is scheduled to have repairs completed to the surface membrane. Work is scheduled to commence on July 20th and be completed by August 16th. This work will also involve replacement of the expansion joint resulting in disruptions to parking in the lower parkade. Please watch for additional details and parking instructions coming as we get closer to commencement. Please note that failure to remove vehicles when requested to do so will result in towing of vehicles at the expense of the owner.
Residents can apply for permission to park on the City of Calgary street during this time. Contact 311 for details.
